Presentation Instructions

The authors should introduce themselves to the session chair at least 5 minutes before the start of the session and copy their presentation slides on the PC/Laptop that is available for this purpose.

The time alloted for each oral presentation is 20 minutes, with 15 minutes for the presentation, 3 minutes for questions and 2 minutes to allow exchange of speakers.

Each room will be equipped with an LCD projector and a PC/Laptop with MS Windows, PowerPoint and Acrobat PDF reader. It is recommended that authors rely on using these computers more than using their personal equipment. This will avoid waste of time for changing of computers.

It is requested to the authors help to follow the conference agenda.
